My son who is an inexperienced driver got into a single car accident. He was given a ticket for a moving violation. You know what can happen next. Points and insurance increase. When I was charged, I had no idea what I was going to do. I called many lawyers in the area and Kimberly was the only one I spoke to that spoke to me like I had a chance. She didn't judge me, rush me through me story, or make me feel doubtful of the outcome. When our lives were turned upside down by a false allegation we turned to Justin. He represented my son on a felony charge of Indecent Liberties On a Minor. He stood by my son the whole way working to prove his innocence, and not take some feeble deal the DA kept throwing out. He did not let him get branded as something he was not. My family needed to hire an attorney who dealt with felony criminal cases, my boyfriend was falsely accused of indecent liberties on a minor and when we hired Mr. Olsinski he was very honest with us that if found guilty my boyfriend would lose a lot. He could have lost his freedom and any possible chance to see our children grow up. A year after the charges where filed Mr. Olsinski and my boyfriend walked into a Gaston County court house and began to defend my boyfriend against the charges that where bought against him out of revenge, anger and jealously. Mr. Olsinski took on a judge who kept trying to block our defense and tried to keep the truth of the matter from coming to light and letting the jury know the type of person that was making the claim. After a 3 day trail and many long hours and objections we got a NOT GUILTY verdict from all 12 jury members and we could not have been more happy. Without Mr. Olsinski as our attorney I fear my boyfriend would have been locked away from our family for 5 years and would not have been here to watch our children grow up. We could never Thank him enough for what he done for us. He is even willing to handle the expungment for us so that my boyfriend can get back on track with his career and our life.
